There are a few changes to take note of this year:

Other Changes

HSA (Partnership in Health) plan increases:

Deductibles $1,700 for individual coverage or $3,400 if you cover any dependents
Out-of-pocket maximums $2,850 for individual coverage or $5,700 if you cover any dependents
HSA contribution limits $4,400 for individual coverage or $8,750 if you cover any dependents.

    • (Note: Clorox will continue to contribute $500 for individual coverage or $1,000 if you cover any dependents. Teammates age 55+ can still contribute an addition $1,000 in catch-up contributions)

Dependent Care FSA limit increases:

Healthcare FSA
  • Contribute up to $3,400 per teammate
  • Carryover up to $680 from 2026 into 2027
Dependent Care FSA
  • For the first time since 1986, limits are increasing to $7,500 per year, or $3,750 if you are married and file taxes separately.
  • Please note: Teammates with a salary of $120,000 and above are capped at $1,500 in contributions.

Remember!

While most benefits roll over year-to-year unless you make changes, you must re-elect these benefits to have them in 2026:

  • Healthcare and/or Dependent Care FSA contributions
  • HSA contributions*
  • VPP elections, if eligible

*While you must re-elect HSA contributions during Annual Enrollment to start contributing on the first paycheck in 2026, you may make changes throughout the calendar year.
